For those of you who were able to attend the security town hall April 10th. It was wonderful to see so many of you join us to learn about the upcoming changes to our campus security and safety policies and procedures.
For those of you who were unable to join us, we have made the pdf presentation (153 KB) and documents that were presented in the town hall available.
As we mentioned in the town hall, we will be inactivating all badges for users who have not submitted this agreement form to us. The pdf CTK Facility Use Agreement (79 KB) form needs to be returned no later than May 11th to ensure your continued access to the facilities.
We have also worked to rekey the exterior doors of the entire campus. This means that if you have a brass key to enter the building, it will no longer work. You will need to contact the parish office and submit the completed agreement form before a badge will be issued to you or your badge will be reactivated.
